Blart and Amy are eventually married in the mall, where they exchange vows on a set of black and white Segways. Blart declines, preferring to remain in mall security. For his bravery and assistance, Howard offers Blart a job with the New Jersey State Police. Kent and Simms are arrested, and Amy and Maya are returned safely. Before Kent can retaliate by shooting Blart, Chief Brooks of the mall security team arrives and shoots Kent in the arm.

Kent demands the phone containing the codes from Blart, who refuses and destroys the phone. Moments later, however, Kent pulls his gun on Blart, revealing that he was working with Simms. As the SWAT team raids the mall, Blart borrows a display minivan with Kent, pursuing Simms to the airport, where he is attempting to escape to the Cayman Islands.ДЄfter a brief scuffle, Blart overpowers Simms and puts him in handcuffs. Simms flees, taking Amy and Maya with him. Simms enters the room, capturing Blart and forcing him to give up the credit card codes recorded on his cell phone. Blart manages to subdue all of Simms' accomplices and attempts to rescue the hostages by pulling them up into the air vent. Maya, unaware of what is happening, shows up at the mall to bring Blart some food, but Simms' henchmen seize her and add her to the hostages. He discovers credit card codes written in invisible ink on the burglars' arms, realizing that their plans go beyond robbing the bank. Vastly outnumbered, he takes a stand against Simms' crew, improvising to take them down one by one. Kent, a former classmate and bully from Blart's childhood, takes control of the police units and orders Blart to let them handle the situation. A SWAT team arrives with Commander James Kent at the helm. He calls the police and plans on leaving the mall, but realizes Amy is still inside and decides to return to the mall to look for her. The crew force the majority of shoppers to exit the mall and place motion sensors at each entrance to detect any attempt to enter or exit the building.ДЄn oblivious Blart is playing Rock Band, eventually walking back into the mall, discovering it's devoid of most shoppers. They take Amy and others inside a bank hostage, and Simms is revealed as the gangвЂ™s leader. Two days later, on the night of Black Friday, an organized gang of thugs disguised as Santa's Village employees begin a heist inside the mall. He ruins the party and makes a wild exit by falling through a window. The jalapeГ±o peppers are more than Blart can handle, causing him to inadvertently drink copious amounts of margarita which he mistakes for lemonade. Things initially go well, but Blart gets distracted by a nacho-eating contest with his friend Leon. Paul meets her out one evening at a restaurant with other mall employees. Meanwhile, Blart becomes acquainted with Amy Anderson, a vendor of a new kiosk. Blart works as a security guard at the West Orange Pavilion Mall.Д«lart patrols the mall on a Segway and begins training a new hire Veck Simms, who shows little interest in the job. Aspiring to join the New Jersey State Police, he trains at the police academy, but his hypoglycemia causes him to collapse before finishing the exam. So if your kids insist on dragging you to see this movie with them, make sure you get the Blu-ray disc.Paul Blart lives in West Orange, New Jersey, with Maya, his teenage daughter, along with his mother. And the movie looks great, with expert photography and lighting that makes the colors pop out of your television set. But he really needs someone else to write his material. Is there anything of merit to be found in the movie? Well, Kevin James does bring in an instant likability, like he did in the first movie. Kids (YOUNG kids) might find the humor to be funny, but I think other adults like myself will sit in silence like I did. While there are a handful of gags that this adult did find to be (mildly) amusing, the humor for the most part is simple-minded and lame, with a number of gags recycled from the first movie. But here one is, and it's pretty much like the first movie, namely that it's a comic take on the formula the action movie 'Die Hard' gave birth to. Although the original 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop' was a box office hit, I don't think anyone was exactly clamouring for a sequel.
